HOW WE STARTED
Jason Gries and Price Harding launched their initial concept, Foomanchew, in 2012. While growing the company into a trusted brand that customers rely on for fresh, tasty and piping hot Chinese food, they came to realize that the problems they were solving, such as quality ingredients, on-time delivery and superior service, weren’t limited to Asian cuisine.

Additionally, lunches were becoming a thing of the past, dismissed as a result of busy days and limited options. Friends and colleagues wanting to enjoy group orders or catered lunches had to navigate confusing menus, establishments plagued with wide-ranging reviews and nearly non-existent technology. It’s time for a change.

LUNCH NEEDED A HERO

With more than 600 business catering clients in tow, Foomanchew expanded its unparalleled services to the lunch industry. With the addition of four new cuisines, Bitetime was launched in 2016 to reshape how America takes and enjoys its lunch breaks.

With a focus on convenience and quality, the Bitetime mission is to bring out the lunchtime hero in all of us.

A GE executive and engineer turned serial entrepreneur, Jason continues his passion of building businesses with the launch of Bitetime, a full stack food delivery service. As his fourth startup, Jason believes this venture has the greatest potential to ito change the foodservice industry.
Price Harding
Co-founder and lead Investor
Price is the Managing Partner of Terminus Ventures, LLC, investing in early stage southeastern businesses that have a proven management team and are significantly scalable. As a business owner and frequent traveler, Price values the service Bitetime can provide to his businesses and a wide range of customers.
Tracy Taylor
Director of Customer Service
Tracy brings more than 20 years of operations, technology, and financial experience in both established and start-up companies. A proven business leader with management expertise in healthcare and software businesses, Tracy has been instrumental in developing and nurturing our customer relationships and catering offerings.
